Order preparation

After successful payment authorization, an order is generally prepared in 1–2 business days. This handling step happens before the carrier receives the parcel and is separate from shipping transit.

Estimated transit after dispatch

Carrier travel is estimated at 4–6 business days from shipment. Weekends and applicable holidays are outside those business-day estimates, and the estimate does not promise a specific arrival date. Checkout identifies the destinations and delivery charges available for an order.

Address and shipment support

Please review the delivery address before placing an order. Tracking may take time to show its first carrier event. For a late, lost, damaged, or delivered-but-not-received parcel, send everyrpglover@gmail.com the order number, checkout email, and tracking details so we can review the exception.
