What types of items are available?

When does delivery begin?

Preparation normally takes 1–2 business days after authorization. Once shipped, carrier transit is estimated at 4–6 business days. Available shipping choices and charges are shown in checkout. The Shipping Policy has more information about tracking and delivery issues.

Can I request a return or exchange?

Yes. Within 30 days after delivery, eligible new and unused preference returns and requests concerning defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods may be submitted. Exchanges are accepted subject to review and stock.

What does the return process involve?
